So what purpose, exactly, do awards ceremonies serve these days on Newgrounds?

Obviously, the original intent was to encourage good posting form and such things. But it's also evident that that objective was an abject failure in its implementation.

So essentially, the awards serve no purpose but to stroke the inflated egos of a few sad individuals who care enough to make an alt, and vote for themselves.

And then, suddenly, +1 threads like this one become okay.

Use Safari, it was meant for Macs, and it's better that FF (at least until FF3) in general. But yeah, i do agree with people that whine about being poor then getting a mac, UNLESS It's a refurb or something, but BRAND FUCKIN NEW ....... hypocrisy at its best ;)
