The Perfect Breakfast

Alright, so as many nutritionists say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day (rhyming skill).
I was just wondering what you guys consider the perfect breakfast.
For me, I'd say I want:
2 links of sausage
1 giant hashbrown
2 Buttermilk waffles
2 Buttermilk Pancakes
1 Ham and Cheese omelette
1 Giant glass of orange juice
And a mixing bowl filled with Apple Jacks.

That's mine, what is your guys opinion?

Ack, I could NEVER eat that much. A perfect breakfast for me would just be a simple bowl of cereal or a granola bar.

2 Veggie sausage patties
1 bowl of flax cereal
1 pound of almonds
1 pound of blueberries or cranberries
1 apple or orange/clementine/tangerine

to drink, just water. It's a little small but I like to eat a big lunch.

The perfect breakfast consists of Bacon on Toast smothered in HP Brown sauce with a Can of ice cold Cherry Coke.

i chop up a quarter of a green pepper, quarter of onion, add some ham, bacon, fry it all in a teaspoon of butter, put it aside after everything's nice n crispy, crack some eggs, mix them in a cup, pour on the skillet, add tons of cheese, put in the pepper and shit on top of the cheese, and close the thing.

while that's cooking, i put thin sliced tomatoes on a couple of pieces of bread, cover it in cheese and put it in a toaster over for a few minutes

my drink is some sparkling soda with lemonade and fruit punch

I usually end up eating Cinnamon Toast Crunch or bagels. Eggs or French toast would be good though.

Two egg sandwiches consisting of buttered brown bread, two eggs each (over medium, of course), cheese, bacon, salt, pepper, and basil, with a side of fried potatoes to sop up the yolk that drips out. Add a glass of pulpy orange juice, a cup of coffee, and a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios, with today's newspaper beside me and classical music on the stereo.

I lovvvvvvvve breakfast.

Any kind of fast food, I don't care for breakfast much, it's the smell which wakes me up.

In sane portions adding up to a nice, filling and satisfying breakfast:
-A few breakfast sausages
-Some bacon
-"Puerto Rican" corned beef (corned beef hash and corn)
-Hash browns
-Toast and jelly
-A banana smoothie
Top it off with some Megadeth or Rammstein playing, and... ohh, god, yes!
