Yesterday, in second period, we played Scrabble because school's almost over and the teachers are too lazy to write new lessons. What the hell do I care?

Anyway, we got into groups of 3s. I picked my group; Dylan and Corey. 132 IQ (same as mine), and 127 IQ. So we began. So we began taking out the pieces and all that bullshit; giving everyone a little tray thing although everyone shares letters anyway. Then we began playing, we were doing pretty good. Nothing too exciting happened; we just kept playing. I put down NAZIS at the bottom for about 63 points maybe, and Corey connected JEWS to it. We played some more, working our way to the top of the scrabble board. We kept playing, and then the most epic win in Scrabble occurred. Dylan put down EAT, and I connected NESQWIK to it. I collected 2 triple word scores and one double letter score. NESQWIK turned out being 216 points.

Another group, who was sorely losing at the time with like 204 points came over and declared it a Proper Noun. Another group came over and declared it a word. Then the teacher declared it not a word.

I was pissed. I wrote on the board, something like this:

Today, Randy made a 216 point word in Scrabble, NESQWIK; but I was considered a proper noun. This saddens him.

NESQWIK will forever live in our hearts as the greatest thing that ever happened in this classroom.

The bell rang, and I left the room.

I don't know your friends, why tell me their names as if we've known each other from way back?

Competitive Scrabble?

There is a war going on in you're mind. People and ideas all competing for you're thoughts. And if you're thinking, you're winning.

Wow, I'm sorry to say it, but reading that post made me wish I'd never clicked the link to it. Keep it in your blog I think.

If it isn't in the dictionary, it isn't a word. It's as simple as that. And, as someone said above: it's Nesquik, with a 'u', not a 'w'.
