I pretty much tried out most to every game for the PC to experience. No consoles, sadly.

So I need a new game that'll keep me occupied for a long time, since TF2, DoD:S, WC3, WoW, and such are annoying me now.

Suggestions? I have $120 to spend.

Team Fortress 2.

And Age of Empires 3 is complete crap, if you've played it once you've seen it all pretty much.

Civilization IV combo is nice too (all 3 games) it's perfect for wasting lazy afternoons.

If you are into MMORPG games, you should give Age of Conan a try. I stopped playing WoW about two months ago, and bought AoC when it released a few days back. So far it's a good game, but it does need some time to work out the kinks a bit. I plan on writing up a review soon about my opinions on the game thus far. I'm only level 17 right now, and from what I've heard the game doesn't start to really pick up until level 20+, so I was going to wait until then to write my thoughts. However, I have enjoyed the game up to this point. It's a refreshing breath from WoW, even if it does have it's own fair share of problems.

I've been refurbished and reissued, prepackaged and precooked, decontaminated and deloused, but I still smell, sound, look and feel like shit.

Yeah, I've been hearing crazy things about AoC, I've seen it, and it wasn't that impressive. I guess I'll give it a shot, a friend at Gamestop might let me nab it for free..

I've seen a lot of mixed opinions about the game, but like I said, many people say the game really picks up once you hit level 20 and beyond. I think a lot of these people didn't get to that point, they just didn't like the beginning of the game and gave up. I don't blame them. Personally, I enjoy the beginning, although it is a bit shallow compared to what you expect from a MMO game. It's basically only one area that isn't that big in size, and I can understand how having to hang around for 20 levels can become dull and repetitive.

If I were to make multiple characters I would probably get sick of the place too, but the first time through isn't so bad. I think it's a game that needs a bit of time to develop, but from what I've seen so far it has potential.

Ever played Diablo 2?
It is a very good game with a long life as I have been playing it for years and recently got into it again, it is around £8 on ebay with the expansion and is made by Blizzard who did Warcraft etc. so if you havent played it yet you might like it.

Circumcised, going to feel bad for a month :'(

By the way, try Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl. It came out beginning of last year, so you don't need a high-end PC to run it. It's an FPS with RPG elements, kind of like BioShock, but not an overrated hypefest.

My recommendation would be Civ 4 but there are plenty of other mmo's for you to try and you could also wait for spore.
