Build some type of makeshift roof, preferably in a huge upside down V so that it can lead the water off the roof so it doesn't decay during tough t-storms. You also need way more support under your fort, I suggest using an arc-type support or a shitload of 2x4's joined together to create very strong columns underneath the fort.

For a 13 year old, that's pretty fucking good. He understands the basic concepts of structural integrity and how to put things together.

An engineer to tell you how to fix the structual problems. A permit to build from the city or town you live in. A contracter to do the actual building (based on pics you lack the required skills). Inspections because they are required and if you don't there are usually large fines involved. And finally when it's all done a C.O. (Certificate of Occupancy ) so you can legally live there.

also yeah i like the fort but the who support thing isnt looking too good. also, that watter thing is gonna make all the leaves rot and stink up the place so yeah.

reinforce it, triangles are a very strong shape so brace it at the part where it touches trees with triangles, like this also add a fence of some sort around the damn sides, do you want people to fall? and put plywood sheets on the floor so its smooth, and add an outdoor carpet or two so itll be more comfortable
get a tarp or something attached over everything so even the 'outside' area of it can be protected from weather, although make sure the tarp is easily removable for winter/ fall so it doesnt get covered in leaves + collapse
i dont think you should get a tv like was suggested, it really wouldnt be a good idea to have a tv out there... if you really want to watch something when you go out there just bring a portable dvd player/ a laptop
although extension cords to provide some electricity is a good idea, some light sources so that if youre out there late at night you dont need to bother with a flashlight - like especially around the ladder/ lower level so you can see where youre going
for the upper level once you added a fence (you should add sort of a lip around it too) you could put lights in there to make the edge easier to see, and in the 'indoor' section add a lantern or something

blehk... for safetys sake you might want to get rid of that
thatll make the soil less firm, and the trees are supported in the soil
unless you plan on reinforcing your fort by putting beams that are several feet in the ground + coated with cement at the bases the trees wont be as good a support as before... and even adding braces wouldnt really be enough to save it, even if the effects werent immediate it could end up rotting the trees slowly + eventually collapsing the fort
you want a moat/ pond type thing that badly than go to the store + get the supplies needed to actually build one
either buy rocks you find big enough or get rocks nearby, youd probably be able to find most but might need to buy some
dig out the general area you want your pond/ moat to fill - but be careful what shape you dig it out in if you want it to look realistic/ natural + place a liner to stop water escaping the area you want make sure you get it specifically tailored to your needs/ wants for the pond, if youre really feeling up to it add a waterfall + some fish (whatever types of fish you want, though ideally koy or some local types of fish would be the best
meh... ask about the particulars of it if you know any carpenters etc. or google it because im not giving you a step-by-step list of things to follow to build it
also: when in doubt go to home depot + ask for help, theyve got professionals there to help explain shit to you, or just watch hgtv (or other diy channels) for a few hours... either way

Thanks. I don't think its that good. But its a start for me. And its the only fort I have ever made that holds up that good.
