Turn on the heat in the oven, go inside the oven. Make sure the inside temperature is AT LEAST 170 degrees F, the heat will make you fall asleep easier, also try and use a plastic bag over your head.

How does that work? That would make me stay up all night.

But I'd say just read something boring. If you're in High School, then chances are you have a book assignment. Read that book and you'll go to sleep fast.
