Painful Listening

Is there something that you can't bear listening to? Whether it be a song, sound, whatever.

Right now I heard a dog cry out. It automatically put me in a depresed mood and I closed my window shut so I couldnt listen to the dog cry anymore.

But honestly, I can't handle listening to someone cry. Makes me sad. :(
