Hey everyone, I was looking at the 'Show NG your Desktop' topic and noticed NO LINUX!!! It was just all Windows 2000. C'mon! Thats crap! So does anyone else have a version of Linux? Desktop pics please?

I'm surprised you missed all my posts in there. I'm on windows now *sigh* but I'd say within the week I'm going to start using Ubuntu again, or maybe follow RoO's example and boot Sabayon. My original intention was Gentoo or Arch, but Sabayon seems suited to what I want out of Linux.

I'd say go for Ubuntu if you're looking to boot something easy and useful. I miss Linux already. I really wish I never installed Windows. Stupid WoW deciding to stop working in Wine.

I tried Ubuntu myself and realised that it wasn't really that different to XP when a casual user like me had a go on it besides better graphics

I understand that it will be completely different through the eyes of a more skilled computer user

KDE is so easy to customize, it's a wonder you haven't bothered to try.
