How do I unlock the special ability of a helicopter and the special ability of having a bomb be placed in GTA IV?

I know you need to get 100% completion for that and for the bomb thing I have no idea. Or you can put in cheats. Try gamefaqs. Also, VG forum.

There not cheat codes either, though. Like, you know how you can call Roman for a cab, I think its supposed to be the same for this....
