Is it possible to use one account on multiple X-Box 360s?

Well, by switching the hard drive between consoles, yes.

As for recovering the same account on multiple consoles I am not entirely sure.

You can recover your XBL gamercard on any Xbox. If you mean all your game progress and shit, you'll have to attach your hard drive to the other Xbox.

There is, but the question is really about multiple log-ins.

I dont think so- and if it is possable, i thik the profile would lagg WAY too much to accomplish anything

sorry multiple log-in isn't possible. if i remember rightly when you retrieve an account. you have to re-retrieve it on the first x-box. And i dont think it'll let you if someones using it.

Lag is not the problem. I'm not playing games with myself, I'm trying to buy stuff and letting my little brother play it.
