Well maybe you should state your question so people can understand what you are saying. What Corky was talking about is when you flip your screen with ctrl alt and an arrow key. Just saying vista flip could mean a couple of things.

I don't think so. Vista comes with an ability to have "3D windows" to scroll through, as he described in his second post in the thread.

Here's what I got after a quick search for it. Make sure you are using the right edition of Vista (Home Premium, Business, Enterprise, Ultimate), and you have Windows Aero on.

i just know there's some people who know what im talking about right away so i gave them the short description, gawsh

k, i got home premium and turns out i just had to switch the appearance settings. now i have some sexy new options :D
