Flash does a rather poor job of exporting gifs and jpgs... I personally like to export them as pngs, and save it as a gif in photoshop... however, not everyone has photoshop, so you could try out a free program like GIMP to do a file > save as with ;)
but then again, I'm an image quality whoer, I'm sure some people wouldn't even notice, heh.

it's up to you, but I suggest you guys just work your way down the list of the icon maker page and if you see that an icon has already been submitted for one submission, just move onto the next one which doesn't have any.

I'm slowly getting back to making icons. But I'm more busy with B/P, I'll get my next level soon and then I'll try making more icons.

also, Using Photoshop7, I was able to zoom, re-make and maintain a smoother GIF look of the flash snapshot :P

I'm just doing it on the off chance when someone requests it in this thread. Mainly stick to submission icons though.

I have. There was one submission that passed with just a blank screen, so for the icon, I put in a white 46 by 46. Don't worry, it was already loaded so that's all there was to the flash.
