Here it is. If you don't like the background, tell me and I can easily change it. For the mouth I just did some resizing and drew the bottom lip.

Could have closed mouth a tad bit more but aside from this I love it, thanks a lot Ismael92.

Hello, I'm happy I found this thread, I need you guys ability. I'm trying to decrease the size the .gif file below but the image quality is affected - see my profile.

The current size of this whistle is 72x72 pixels and I would like to decrease it to 46x46 pixels - for user icon use. Could you guys do it for me?

Also Swindle, I would like to see an example of what you're talking about.

After talking to an animator and a couple of the people here in FroNickProductions we have decided to continue the Snow Wars series even though it didn't turn out exactly like we had planned that they would. So if anyone would like to create a Snow Wars 2, 3, and 4 icon it would be greatly appreciated. Here is the original icon so you can simply build off of that one as I really like it.

From now until the people that ran this thread come back, make your requests for icons in the NGSM thread. Just because the thread is called the Newgrounds Sig Makers doesn't mean that sigs is the only thing we make. People regularly ask for icons, profile pics, banners, and even non-NG related pics. From now on, instead of bumping this thread, just go here and we'll take care of it. Until the people that originally ran this thread come back, if they do at all, there's no point in posting your requests here.
