Okay, so, I bought GTA4 the day it came out. It has frozen up once or twice since then because of a crack/scratch on both sides of the disc about 1cm in length. It had a lot of fingerprints on it so I decided to rub it on my pajama pants, and it got MAJORLY scratched up. Now it only has 12 minutes of gameplay before it freezes up completely. Anyone else have a game that screwed them over?

Yeah, it totally sounds that the disc damage is mainly due to you treating the disc improperly. If you had noticed a large crack on the disc, why didn't you return it right away? This is probably more a result of your stupidity than a bad/faulty disc.

What the others said. If you didn't get your greasy hands all over the underside of the disk, and rub it on your PJs it might be returnable.
