Newgrounds.com — Everything, By Everyone.

That would be a online music community for djs, producers, and even just avid listeners.
Like most places it would have planning and events for your local area, and a market to buy/sell/trade equipment.
But I've never come across a forum that has a open source area for posting the files of your audio i.e. reason files so that anyone can remix them.
Good idea?

Alright cool, I got some people complaining that lawsuits would come up since open source files would be released before a song (will) became popular back then (to come) if you get what I'm saying.
But it's not my problem, I'd rig a mandatory TOS.
