no there is nothing special about them, they are just one of the top world wide leading brands in graphics card.

and dont worry i know someone that part of their computer exploded trying to run bioshock on full max

Nothing really special about Nvidia, they are as good as the ATI/AMD stuff. Nvidia just dominates the market.
