Alright, i'm curious to know..

On TV what's the FPS rate and size a flash would have to be to fit on a TV screen..
For even a DVD?

The NTSC framerate is about 30 (29.97) frames per second and has 525 lines if I'm not mistaken. The PAL framerate is 25 frames per second and has 625 lines.

NTSC Standard (United States, etc):
Standard Definition: 720(w) x 480(h), 30 FPS.
High Definition (720i/p): 1280(w) x 720(h), 30 FPS.
High Definition (1080i/p): 1920(w) x 1080(h), 30 FPS.

PAL Standard (Usually most other places):
Standard Definition: 720(w) x 576(h), 25 FPS.

I know it's not flash, but shows like Futurama run at 12fps, with the CG parts running around 22 or 30.
