What game that you own has the characters with the most exp (higher level)?
Mine would probably be FFX there's no levels in that game but Wakka, TIdus, and Auron can all hit 99,999 and I have all of their ultimate wepons.

Pokemon Red. Level 100 Blastoise without rare candy. I felt like a fucking god when I finally got to 100.

The rest of my team were rare candied, though.
