People that go without dates are so miserable looking, I had a real good date lined up from outside of school and two weeks before it turned out she couldn't afford a dress, naturally I killed myself but then I grabbed some composure, grabbed her and screamed at her face for a good eight seconds.

At my school you got turned around if you were dressed innapropriately, I never heard of it happen but I guess people had some pride in their appearance. He'd be be anti-social to the event and it'd probably upset people that someone was allowed to go dressed like an idiot and ruined the feeling for everyone else.
