Gran Turismo5: Prologue

Sucks. Yeah, i thought it was going to be really good, and dont get me wrong, the graphics, realism, and cars are amaing. But just like my first try at this series (when i played GT3) this game FAILED. You start off with 35k credits, and forced to buy a shit car. Im down with that. But then i can only participate in half of the events because of "restrictions". The first 3 events, easy, 5k each. So now i own my Mini Cooper and have 25k to boot. But then, the next 3 events are "FF" whatever the hell that means. It means its not easy. It means its fucking impossible. I go through and instead of starting in 3rd place at the begining of the race, im in 6th. And instead of easily passing the first 2 cars ahead of me to get 1st place, i can barely (and usually dont, often get passed) get past the 5th car. Im stuck with 3 hard events, 6 un playable, 25k (the cheapest car is 32k) and a mini cooper. and get this, i cant even sell the Mini for a new car. WTF

Replay an event a couple times to get extra cash so you can buy a better car. I got through every event pretty easily. There were a couple I had to settle for second or third place, but a vast majority were easy first place finishes.

It comes with nearly as much content as most racing games, with probably a couple less tracks than is ordinary. It's certainly worth the $40 price point.

Don't hate on a game just because you suck at it. My older brother has the game demo and he's a fucking champ at it and all 13 of his friends are better at it than him.
