I would like to say super smash bros melee but i know this one glitch in adventure mode here how it goes: be captain facton and get hit by the enemies a lot of times at least 6 to 8 times then start to run and or jump and the force of the last enemies u hit u will be stop in the wall and it feels ike a force is pullling ya and that it

Gta 3 when I got myself on to the roof of a hospital, I walked though a wall and fell down into a tunnel.

It was freaky...

Also just some hours ago I was playing the Crysis demo, I grabbed a turret and when I had let go of it I found myself in the air falling towards the ground and when I died I was floating all over the place.

WoW hidden area "glitches". Always good the first time, then it's boring.

Also, the physics on GTA IV gets quite glitchy at times, such as when you get pinned up against something by a police car/gang car and what not. Occasionally you'll go flying into the sky, fall back down and take now damage. Fun shit.

My most favorite and most annoying is the Hole in the Bridge glitch in Driver 2. When you go over a certain bridge and reach another side somehow you will be thrust down into a perpetual fall. It is annoying and you will have to restart the game.

In GTA games you can fall through the ground. You usually cannot get back up until you die.
