So, I tried the game Fiesta. It sucked. I now know to never click NG ads again. Anyway, when I try to uninstall the game, it gives me this error. So I reinstalled it and it came up again. Any help?

Just make a file called apps.conf at that location, or just remove the game manually and clean the rest up with various tools.

Go to your Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs->Find it then manually delete it.
