I tried toothpaste, I tried the towel, but it STILL will not work. Any ideas on how to fix it?

If you put a very thin coat of alcohol on it and then put it in the microwave it might work

soak the disc in a flammable liquid and then stick it in the microwave, fixes it right up

when my game disks get scratched I wipe them with a slightly damp cloth. Doesn't always work though. It has only failed me once.
