Though if a fat fuck attakcs you,there is a chance you need some defence.

Keeps some air in you when your stomach has been damaged.
And makes sure you dont feel as much pain.
Nutrition,well,protein is the most valuable nutrient you can get for fighting.
Try NOT to use too much heavy workouts,rest helps you build strength too if you have worked out that day.If you do anything heavy too much in a day,You will "overtrain",making you weaker.
Your face,might be a problem,im not sure how to make that stronger...
