I had some blocker at my school called e8600 or something similar. I googled any known ways to get past it and there was basically none. There are good enough blocks out there to recognize what the site is that you're going to and block it instantly.
Every once in awhile we found a site, but that got blocked within a week tops because they would log onto our accounts and check our history (Which we didn't have the permissions to alter).
We still got past it though, we just stole the override password from a teacher.
