Or some nice advice, nothing complicated but this is the intro/menu system/transition of a project I'm making. Only the "mini-lesson", "main menu" buttons work so try those to get an idea of the transitions. Its a bit large but thats on purpose as it will be a seperately downloadable program later.

That looks really cool. I would just make it a little bit smaller. The graphics look really nice, and the transitions are very smooth. I like the effect on the buttons when it is being clicked upon. The only thing I can suggest being done to it is the size.

When you see the buttons appear for the first time - it's okay. But after that - you are just bored waiting for those buttons to go away, and then again - to show up. Think of something faster.

Later I'm putting a greenscreened video inside the program so I really need it as reasonably big as possible, when it opens up in a flash player (not html) it always fits so......

I thought about the time issue but I don't think they will be using the menu that often, its a lesson so they probably use it once in 20-30 min

thanks guys, keep em coming

I noticed that the circular glow only happens once if you hover over the same button consecutively, where as if you hover over one, then another, and then back to the first one, it works...

HA HAAA

er...

you're not making this easy, are you? Nice animation on the buttons

Those weird serifs look messy on a screen

C and R in 'creative' should have some distance

Maybe lose the radial gradient and make the buttons a colour or shade that contrasts more cleanly. Foreground needs more contrast and is currently slightly visually confusing.
I don't like how when we roll over the text, which actually contrasts, it's not a button. Maybe turn the names into buttons?

I like the look itself but the menu screen seems to be thrown together. Find a better why to organize it. You have 6 options to click, try and make it look symmetrical. Also, the font doesn't seem to be working too well, but that may just be me.

Don't use the SWF as the root of the stage. You can place it all over with HTML so find a way. Yeah and the button font doesn't work well. And really, make the thing smaller, even if it's gonna have a bigass video.

Was thinking about losing the font on the button altogether, also the font of the menu is kinda tough because I need something thats easy to read for non-native english speakers but also with a little style

That font you used at the top, Myriad Stencil STD or something like that. Try and see what that looks like
