mayb try a program called Total Recorder
or if your soundcard supports it, in the mixer select "what you hear" and record it with audacity
or download a program like speakonia

FL studio comes with a really cool built in speech generator. You can change pitches of whats being sad, speed, along with a load of different vocal patterns.

and you can vocode the speech synthesiser using any VST plugin you have so that you can change the pitch of individual words and change how the voice sounds in much more detail.

theres a tutorial to do that comes with FL

Don't worry, I am totally against the interests of the clock crew.
I actually put effort into my flash submissions.

Ah, I use the speech thing sometimes when I'm bored, it's fun to mess around with.

in that same area of the control panel, click sound and audio, click advance, go into options, recording, and place a check in stereo mix, download a program called audacity, after the install, just click the record button and then hit preview on the Microsoft same voice, that should be it

ooo, good point, they are fun to mess around with. There are some artists that i've heard that use vocoders very awesomely.
