because i'm trying to improve my website. I'm trying to make a way for users to upload their own stuff. Also, an account feature would be cool!!! Well anyway, i'm looking for a programmer for my website, www.tubmcchubs.com. I don't really have anything ot offer in return right now... you would get to be an admin... an also you could have free advertising for your site... well any serious programmers please respond...

serious programmers don't want to work for 'admin' status. your best bet is to provide better compensation, or attempt to learn the skills yourself and ask questions if you have a problem.

Honestly, uploaders and account systems are pricey. Being only 13 puts you at an advantage, though...you have the time to learn the stuff yourself. And I don't mean that to come off arrogant or sarcastic...you really do have the time and resources to learn how to code PHP. Then, by the time you're say, 16 or something, you'll be able to get pay doing it for others.

You also need a designer as well. And like it's already been mentioned, no one here will do anything for free. So you either need to go to http://www.w3schools.com to learn coding and a site like http://www.pixel2life.com to learn how to make attractive layouts or you need to cough up some dough to hire people to do it all for you.

Learn basic HTML before asking for complex SQL databases and portal-like features. AND WHAT THE FUCK IS WITH THAT IFRAME TO YOUR NEWGROUNDS PAGE???

Seriously, your design, layout, content and everything is UGLY AS FUCK. A bit like you, really. I mean, why did you put your preteen face in the banner? (pic attached). Your flash is glitchy, your buttons are way too big, it looks like it came out of 1994, and it is just another website that is basically saying "HHAY GUISE LETS BE LIEK NEWGROUNDS LULZ!"

I don't want to sound like maddox, or Yahtzee Croshaw, (well actually i do, they are both legends in my mind), but my advice is as follows (prioritized):

1. Learn HTML. It's not that hard. Even if you have to use frames or tables for layout or any other abomination, it's better than prefab.

2. WAIT UNTIL YOUR VOICE BREAKS BEFORE DOING YOUR OWN NARRATIONS, ANDY FOX! Your voice is embarrasing. Just don't use microsoft sam.

3. It's obvious that some rich direct relation (i'm guessing a parent) to you has paid money for that domain, and possibly flash, although i wouldn't be surprised if it was pirated. If your website isn't A grade, stick to 110mb with co.nr.

IN CONCLUSION:
I am pretty pissed that you expect someone to work long and hard for nothing to further your own agendas. Your website is basically an homage to newgrounds with it being linked to on every freaking page.

Take your website down before /i/ finds out. It would be worth it on your part.
