Its a free template, made with a free site builder, using a free domain.
The contents non-existant, you've messed up the layout.
In general you've done a terrible job all-round.

My advice, start again. Learn HTML, learn CSS, learn how to make a website.
www.w3schools.com is a good place to start.

You used a prebuilt site, with a free host, and no real domain. All you did was sign up for the service, which any half-brain trilobyte can do. You should have at least removed all the copyright links before trying to pass it off as your own work...

HOLY FUCK. You broke just about every rule in website design, and every rule not associated with website design.

1. You used a prefabricated layout.

2. You used a very hard to remember subdomain on a relatively unknown free hosting site. Free hosting is fine, just use something good.

3. You put in a chatango chat box. It wasn't even your own chat box. Go back to myspace.

4. You used the google video player when you could have used the youtube player.

5. Your DocType is set as strict when you are using the embed tags. Embed tags are not even valid in HTML 4.01 Transitional.

6. YOU PLAY RUNESCAPE!

7. YOU MADE A VIDEO OF YOU PLAYING RUNESCAPE!

8. YOU SET THE VIDEO OF YOU PLAYING RUNESCAPE TO GREEN DAY!

9. YOU FILMED YOUR COMPUTER SCREEN INSTEAD OF USING CAMSTUDIO WHILST PLAYING RUNESCAPE!

10. YOU PAY TO PLAY RUNESCAPE!

11. You used windows movie maker.

12. Your CSS isn't in an external file. Instead it's all around the page source, making it pointless to even use CSS. Not that you'd know what it is.

13. You stuffed up the page layout.

14. You need to be at least 13 to create an account here.

I'd think of more, but I have to make dinner 0_o

I'd agree with everything you said except this.
YouTube, GoogleVid, it's prefrence really. And availability. Both are fine.

I know where you're coming from, but if you compare the two then google video has more buffering issues. Also the loading bar is more accurate on youtube.

Wow. Calm down a little, they're really just guidelines, anyway. It may be a bad idea to do some of those things, but it's not the end of the world. Really.

I'm guessing you didn't listen to the "guidelines" either, as you're site if rancid.

Obviously the TC is new at this stuff, so I don't see what people are getting all up in arms about. I remember when I first started - I never used any of that shitty free hosting, but I was pretty much just as clueless as the TC. It's called experience and learning, but I guess being overly criticized can help as well.

Though things like "Your DocType is set as strict when you are using the embed tags. Embed tags are not even valid in HTML 4.01 Transitional." are pointless, you think he knows what the fuck you're talking about? He obviously knows next to nothing, I think he has more important problems to overcome before he starts not using the embed tag in a strict doctype - LOL WTF?!?!?!?!

Whats wrong with windows movie player? Just because there are millions of vids done in it that are pure shit there are some good ones. Its more about the user then the program.

We've all made sites similar to it when starting so stop abusing him. Its a learning curve, try pointing him in the direction of some good tuts rather then trying to break his spirit.

@OP,
w3schools.com is probably the best place to start out for design languages ((x)HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Also, check out some design tutorials and download a decent text-editor. Notepad will do fine when starting but TextPad is free and a million times better so google and download it.

How did you guess? You could say I'm in the "experimental" stage, I don't really care about guidelines. But if someone was going to hire me for something (not that they would), I would follow them to the utmost extent.

You could argue that guidelines limit design as much as they 'guide' it :)
