for some reason at random times my labtop makes a whole bunch off beeping noises and after that the keyboard doesnt work

im typing this on on screen keyboard

type this into the command prompt: shutdown -i

I don't think it'd fix it, but it's probably smarter than not just calling technical support.

Yeah, if you mash the SHIFT key then it beeps and sticky keys help will come up. If that is not showing up when the computer beeps then take EARIO's advice and call Dell.

Yeah, I'd say call tech support like that other guy said.
Does the computer beep when you type? Because that just means that the comp is running slowly and/or doing too many things at once.
