THank you to for the comments! As you can tell the basic premise is that a guy is channel surfing. THe main problem we ran into is that we scrapped a lot of good ideas for time/budget constraints, and that we couldnt put music to it per the contest rules.
The video quality was kind of the suck thanks to the 8mm film we had to shoot on because we haven't gotten digital cams just yet there is a link at the bottom right corner of the player that says "view high quality" which puts it pretty close tot he quality of the original .avi file that we put together.

Thanks a lot. We're pretty happy with the guy who played the Ultramanish hero. We're hoping to get some HD cams when our government rebate checks hit.
