So, what's anyone else's take on an immense early Death Metal song by one of the top pioneers of the genre?
It's decent. Do they have songs that are more hookish. You know the kind where the rhythm grabs you by the face and throws you off a cliff.
To Forgive is to Suffer maybe? Or something by Atheist, if you're wanting crazy bass. Although they're way more 'out there' than Death as far as inaccessibility goes.

Very good. Now download the Death discography (it doesn't matter, the frontman is dead) and follow the advice in this video.
I should have promoted Elements by Atheist for crazy bass.

Damn that shit is good.
I need to download that on high quality I think.

OK, the best thing I can say about them is that if their songs were 30 seconds long, I would call them musical genui. Their problem is that they come up with a very small catchy hook and then replicate it for A WHOLE THREE AND A HALF MINUTES! The lyrics are even terrible, like poetry written by my nephew would be.

There is nothing wrong with liking Pop music. It is a bit rough for a Pop record, jaggy little synth lines. Great pop.

I like them. I have 1 of their songs in total, but I love what I've heard.

I have their album, and I think it's awesome. =D
Not my cup of tea, but it is charming in a way. I definetly wouldn't make fun of them. Reminded me of J-Pop.

I didn't manage that.
It's too poppy, it reminds me of Daphne and Celeste. Although it's more interesting - like, I wouldn't say they're bad or talentless or anything, and I can see why you would like them, but naaah.
I used to love watching that Daphne & Celeste video. Because I wanted to pump the fat one.
I'm not musically intelligent, I got a D in my GCSE and I've not improved noticeably on the saxophone for years. I just like to shite-talk. I can bullshit about music no problem. My opinion means nothing.
Many of the greats applaud amateruishness. Most notably, some poeple like Eno, Satie, etc. refused to even call themselves musicians.

Independent Record Label.
I don't see how this defines a certain music style.
lol I know what you mean tho

Eh, that's the proper term. The Uk musical press use it to refer to a type of band that has a stack of record by The Fall, Smiths (supposedly, I've never seen the connection), Wire, Gang of Four LPs and the like and play "Alternative Rock with angular guitars". Like, say, many new Wave groups done.
But a lot of them are dull and all of their songs sound the same.

Yes, but the genre is more cluttered with it than any other. Except, perhaps, Urban and Pop.
