When a group submits a flash and they cheat. They get hundreds of alt accounts reviewing the flash with a 10 rating, it over powers the rest of the reasonable reviewers. Having a high review score, they can earn Review Crew Pick or UnderDog.

Sometimes, groups can vote five so so much they it may even get a daily award (either from places 1 thru 5) but that rarely happens. The review awards are most likely to happen.

Its not exactly stealing, but unfair cheating.

I think stealing awards is along the lines of having a group of people vote 5 on a flash that didn't deserve it.

I know I haven't been accepted to the Portal Watch, but... Here's my list of constant award thieves:
LordZeebmork (both under his main account and under multiple different alts, notably Jewgrounds)
arushi/50vmp (multiple illegitimate mass-reviewed Underdogs)
uncounted Clock Crew members (multiple Clocks have been known to mass-vote and mass-review to steal RCP and Underdog)
Anyone else know about others involved in this? My list is rather short...
