I need help with Gmod

Okay, do you know how they have the face poser? Well, it works on people from Half-Life and such but not from TF2. It used to work but now it doesn't. I tried uninstalling it and stuff but it still doesn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this? Other than do a barrel roll?

That fixes most problems.
