Thinking of idea's are hard. How about an electric land fill. It should be too hard to draw electric things. If not, then I'll do that for my next level.

Also: Was it just me or did my level go really slow on spamtheweb.
And in case anyone forgot. You move the map with either WASD or the Arrow Keys.

Fantastic, great work!
Just a few things I think you should improve:
- I think you should provide instructions in a small box for about 3 seconds, then make it disappear, because I never knew what to press until I had to figure out myself. If you want me to do it, please, I would love to.
- The walls on the edges, like the green/red button thing, I though I had to go up there. Try to put a wall there so they know they shouldn't go pass that, because it will cause confusion.
- What was the Red/Green switch for, also users can put SFX (Sound Effects) if they wish. So for your button there, put a unlocking sound effect when they roll over it.
But everything other is fantastic! Good Job!

That music is for the Bio, like I said before. Bios are little quick details about your self, like your name age, what you made, website, etc.

The Bios will have a link in the menu and the credits.

That's right. There will be 5 chioces of music the player can choose from, which they can adjust the volume, and change during gameplay.

I can see that your eager to provide the instructions so then I'll let you do it.

What edges, where did you think you had to go? Please explain more. I find it hard to understand people.

The buttons opened up the walls so you could carry on through. You probably went on the switch before you could actually see that there was a wall in the way towards the right. So i will add a SFX.

Awesome song!! Just one thing. We dont pick the songs for our levels.
I'd advise reading the topic all over again.

But maybe it could be added to the 5 songs that the users can pick to listen too when playing the game.

The only sulotion is a picture :P

So, the 3 arrows pointing has no wall, so I thought (when I didn't know we had to use the keys) we had to go that way. I was saying to put a wall there to stop confusion.

By goly gosh, I've improved it.

umm, I guess you could just have lots of small, invisible buttons and if oyu want it to deteect the mouse going fast, make something only happen if no buttons have been rolled over, and if you want to detect it going slow, they have to have rolled over all of the buttons, ya know, because in some mouse avoiders if you move the mouse REALLY FAST into a wall you can just go straight over it. Also, ill join. Mines gonna have multiple screens and powerups though :)

hmm, im having a bit of a problem. I have a powerup (chissel1) and then when you roll over it, the cursor goes to frame 2 (showing the cursor holding the chissel) then, I have a destroyable wall movieclip. How can I make it so if you touch it you go back to frame 1, but if you DO have the chissel, then it goes to the next frame of the wall (showwing it crumble a bit) then whn you hit it agian it goes to the frame after that and shows it crumbleing more, and then, on the third it it dissapears. I cant use roots as my whole part is inside 1 movie clip to save issues with layers and so its easier to copy/paste. Its not as easy as it sounds. If I convert it to a button I can do the rollOver action to make it go to frame 1, but then I cant use hittests and vise versa. I need to have a hittest with the cursor (when it has the chissel, cursor.chissel) and I also need a rollOver to make it go back to frame 1.

I've decided to post a list of anti-cheat codes for you all to put on your levels.
So here they all are!

- Stops people from holding the left mouse button down and going across the map.

On the cursor add the following code.
onClipEvent (enterFrame) {
if(Key.isDown(1)) {
_root.prevFrame();
}
}

- To stop people from right clicking.

Add this code to the cursor once again.
if(Key.isDown(2)) {
_root.prevFrame();
}

To stop people pressing the tab key.
Now there are 2 ways of doing this, but I'll tell you the better one.

Add this code to the frame of which your FINISH button is on.
_root.BUTTONNAME.tabEnabled = false;

Where "BUTTONNAME" is, you should change to what your finish instance name is.

And that's about it. In case I've forgotten anything you can ask me and I'll get back to you as quick as possible!

Well, I'm not sure if you could use this but hey, I'll give it a shot!
Im assuming you have something like this on your wall.

on (rollOver) {
	_root.prevFrame();
}

So you'll have to add a little something.

on (rollOver) {
	if(_root.WallDamage == true){
_root.prevFrame();
}
}

Then on the first frame add this

WallDamage = true;

Then when you collect the chisel, add a code onto it saying

_root.WallDamage = false;

So you will only die if WallDamage == true. But when you collect the chisel, WallDamge then becomes false.

Oh, I forgot, on your button to finish the level you must make it on(press) instead of on(release) otherwise when you click the finish button it will just go to the previous frame due to the fact that you added the code that stops you from left clicking and cheating.
Just a little thing i forgot to say.

Thanks, but it's gotta be challenging. Also you can move it with the WASD keys with for me makes it a lot more comfortable because its far away from the mouse.

If your are doing it then I shall think of something else. If not then I'll do it.

Something's still on my mind. The filesize for this is going to be huge! Seeing as there is so much music. Unless you compress it, but then the quality will be poor as there's so much music.

That's not a bad idea. I cant draw squirrels though. In fact I cant really draw trees, or acorns. Ah well I'll give it a shot. If you go on Msn then we could talk about it more and then it would be easier.
