lost all respect for Master Chief..

..after seeing this video. I saw some references to it on a lot of game sites so I thought that I'd go check it out. It started out awesome, Master Chief looked a little to powerful, but it was cool. The fight between Samus was awesome, and when he cut her suit off with the energy sword, i *thought* he got a boner... *SPOILER* But, I was wrong. Turns out, Master Chief was a chick, and was a lesbian to boot. I mean, it's cool and all, but to me, Master Chief has always been my favorite FPS character. I'm starting to neglect my 360 and play Rainbow 6: Vegas II on my PS3 because of this video... :(

Anyone else disappointed by this? :\

You should play better games for the PS3 like Warhawk, COD4, GTA IV, Ao2, Uncharted, Assasins Creed, The Orange Box and yes even Pixeljunk : Monsters beats that shitty series.

I have warhawks too, i suck at it, mostly because i cant actually fly a warhawk :(. I snipe people with the tank... I dont have orange box or pixel junk though... :(

well i knew it wasn't actually made by bungie, and it was obviously fan made. But still, I was supremely disappointed in this video. And it wasn't a joke, the author says he potrays MC in this way. So yeah, awesome vid with a litterly gay ending.

well i knew it wasn't actually made by bungie, and it was obviously fan made. But still, I was supremely disappointed in this video. And it wasn't a joke, the author says he potrays MC in this way. So yeah, awesome vid with a litterly gay ending.

How was the ending gay exactly How could you not like what seemed to be an little bit of yuri qualities? Just because It's an portrayal or idea off someone's head does not really mean any of it is true. Hell you know like the first time playing Metroid everyone thought samus was actually an man but really was an woman in the suit.
Why should you actually believe everything you see even from an fan's perspective and let it ruin The way you play games? Seriously get an grip it's not like female characters can't be as good as the male characters you usually find in an majority of most protagonists.

...he said he portrayed the chief in that way. that doesn't mean that it's true. furthermore, if you were paying close attention to his descriptions and "making of" videos, he calls the whole "chief is a girl" thing a big inside joke. i mean, he "answers" a question many fans have been asking for years: is the chief really a guy? he wears full body armor with an integrated computer and life support system, and we have never seen the chief out of his armor. who knows if the armor comes with a voice masking device to aid in keeping the chief's true identity a secret? who knows if the SPARTAN-II project allowed room for side effects and minor mutations? after all, these are biologically and cybernetically enhanced supersoldiers here. for all we know, the chief could be a hermaphrodite with a very,very, VERY, husky voice.

either way, the chief is portrayed as a girl in that movie for added humor. most fans, including myself, are convinced that he's a guy. even if he wasn't, i'd still be faithful to him. shame on you for even considering disowning him, especially after believing something portrayed in a little tribute.

and i really don't understand why you are disappointed by the fact that the chief is portrayed as a girl in the first place. i mean, really. sure, it'd be shocking if he really was a she, but i feel that we need more female fps leads. the only fps heroine that most people are aware of is...well, Samus. wouldn't it be much more interesting and insulting to know that the chief, being a woman, was responsible for mass destruction of Covenant forces and equipment? wouldn't it be totally awesome to know that a woman was the one who activated Halo and destroyed the Flood, saving Earth and aiding in the establishment of an allegiance with the Elites?

I lost all my respect for Medics after reading this Team Fortress 2 comic.
The Heavy and Medic where all in love but then the Medic turns into a spy! I haven't been able to play TF2 ever since because I hate those spies.
