Ranking the winners is always difficult, but I knew what my favorite was the moment I saw it.

there were some that were cool but surprisingly they dont make the break do they??

1st - $3000 and TROPHY - House of 1000 Cats
It's a perfect homage to NG's past and present. The reference to last year's funniest Pico Day preloader was also a plus. Zombie-Pimp narrowly missed first place the previous two years, but he came back stronger than ever to take the prize.

This was maybe the coolest one i saw

2nd - $2000 and TROPHY - Tankmen Infinite
I was dying to see John and Richie's take on Tankmen ever since their amazing "best tweens ever" in NiN10Doh! (the part where Pikachu steals Ash's hat). The result is simply awesome.

This gave me a few good laughs and WOAHS!

3rd - $1000 and TROPHY - N.G. Showdown
Every Pico Day needs a good fight between the characters, and Granfaloon of Valhalla Knights fame delivered a great one!

Always a classic thing to do

4th - $1000 - Pico: The Shitty Power
I loved last years Herpes Escape and this one had even more insane goodness. It also scores points for referencing Pico's original power of flight. I hope Nogfish makes something every year because his get the most lols.

That was just messed up and good

5th - $1000 - Pico Blast
Luis and BoMToons made an epic game with some insane boss action for everyone who loves boss fights. YOU BETTER GO PLAY IT!

A mod actually made it??

6th - $500: - Purple Sawdust
The best Dad 'n Me tribute ever was a blast to watch from beginning to end!

Havent seen these types in a long type

7th - $500: - The Press & Punch Collab
We've talked around the office about doing a feature length Pico movie this way, but Hans actually delivered by pulling together this epic Pico collab! I love the varying art styles, and choose-your-adventure interactivity!

This was simply stunning and awesome

8th - $500: - Picofun.FLA
This has to be the weirdest of the year... I just love the Milburn brothers. Also be sure to check out Pico & Pals!

This made me think of Duckspin.fla

9th - $500: - Operation: Warehouse
Pico has to fend off lots of baddies to save Nene. Lots of great animation and action in this one!

this was pretty cool for a saving mission anyway

10th - $500: - Tank Epic
This movie truly was epic... Everyone has to see it, for a taste of what Tankmen could be like in 3D. The characters, locales and explosions were stunning! Jazza also made a cool 3D Tankmen movie that narrowly missed the top ten.

That was simply stunning in 3D when i saw it....If they could look like that it would rock

Oh man, so much news to process at once! Goodness! Pico day was great this year, so many great submissions came in :) I'm surprised you guys have already made up your minds... much quicker to judge than smelly Louis, hehe. Congrats to all the winners, looks like Zombie finally took the gold this year! I wonder if BigFuzzyKitten feels responsible for the creation of the winning Pico Day submission... flash isn't for cats! Hope the three enjoy their Pico trophies, and leave it on their mantles for the whole world to see! Unless of course, they are already so awesome they have a full trophy case, in which case I hope they put it in the front :P

Can't wait to see the results of the Pico Art contest :) Some really good submissions came in! Even though I spent hours upon hours on my submission, I doubt it will win... damn you Newgrounds for having so many talented users! I really enjoyed making my piece, and got to fiddle around with a bunch of new styles, so at least I got that out of it ;) Now for the juicy stuff...

The purple website looks pretty cool, I'm quite honored to be on the voting staff! Voting shall not be easy, so many awesome submissions! Luckily I've already watched most of them, but will have to re-watch, carefully inspecting every little detail ;P (Luckily the submissions are awesome enough to watch over and over again until my mind is made up, haha)

No, seriously... picking a winner isn't gonna be easy, I'm a little nervous ;P That tank trophy is pretty amazing.. I hope whoever wins it shows it off as much as they can... perhaps even creating a hat with a slot to wear it around town all day... or is that thing as heavy as it looks? I think the neck damage would be well worth it.

Would like to end this by saying :elohel@zekeys description... "...this guy is much better than his co-authoring record suggests" that seriously made me giggle when I read it.

Sweeeeet winners circle .... this was the best pico day i was ever part of... it was more community based with people helping each other even tho we're supposed to be cutting each others throats..

it was refreshing.

Congrats to everyone who won and or participated... i think last year it was a mad rush of entries but this year it was like a burst of solid ones... opening it up to more chars of the NG family was smart and a new outlook on the contest/way of showing your ng appreciation.

*sighs* didnt manage to place at all. Well While I thought my submission was better than others, I tried by best , considaring that I didnt know about the contest until 2 weeks before the deadline I didnt do too bad. Will have to try harder next time.
