It's between Be Quick or Be Dead and For the Greater Good of God.
How come the only song anyone remembers off of Fear of the Dark is the title track?

Dance of death, it's just perfect. It starts off slow and builds up to the greatest solo of all time.

Fear of the dark is an overplayed piece of shit. Better songs on the same album : Afraid to shoot strangers, childhood´s end, the fugitive, Judas be my guide.

Bitches don't know bout my Moonchild. The classic songs (Like The Trooper, Number of the Beast, Run to the Hills, etc) are pretty ace too, but way way way overplayed.

Run To The Hills is the only one that comes to mind. I'm not particularly into Iron Maiden much but this song is great just for being so over the top and perfectly representative of the 80s in general.

Run to the Hills. Dickenson's voice is amazing and the drum intro is incredible.

The top one i generally like are Fear of the dark(The moment where he shouts "yeahhhh!" and the music goes into "rock mode" is awesome)Dance of Death is just awesome in how it's described to be honest and Paschendale as in when they hit the "blood is falling like the rain" lyrics i "melt" so to speak.

Wasted Years.
For shame, no one else has mentioned it yet.
This signature makes use of various clichés and/or 'emotional' lyrics/quotes, hopefully it makes me appear deep.

Damn that's too hard to call.
I guess mine would be Number of the Beast, closely tailgated by Run to the Hills and Aces High

Oh jeez. I love all of Maiden's songs, but I'd say some of my favorites are These Colors Don't Run, Aces High, and Paschendale (in ascending order).
That's the opposite of normal, for those of you who don't know. Meaning I like Paschendale the most.

and I say tis a tossup between Ghost of the Navigator and the Wickerman. Maybe even Blood Brothers. BTW all those songs are from the album Brave New World

My Favorite would be Can I Play With Madness simply because of the lyrics, about a guy argueing with a priest about Heavy Metal being evil etc, also for the guitar riffs and such. I actually heard it for the first time on Madness Day '08 in a flash called "Can I Play With Madness".
My second favorite is probably the live version of Fear of the Dark.
