I've figured something out about thomas.
look at the Paper on the ground here: http://www.aladygma.com/kf2/
It looks like a contract, with the signature "Thomas" and then some more, I can't make it out.

Looking at that picture,he apparently either works at or is a patient at Brooklyn Hospital. Full name is Thomas Dahlem judging from the name tag.
Anyone else notice the padded briefcase on the left hand side?

In the bottom right corner there is an article that seems to be about 9/11.

there's lots of Stuff about this site at www.aladygmaclues.com,But those guys still don't know what it is, The guy who has the site runs a Radio show.
also Here is the translation of the Page with the human body, from the site.
"The biggest wonder of the world is the human being"
The left:
"in the dark ages were <not readable> and unformity not wanted, but agonies and pain added in ignorance, and even now cripples aren't treated any different from doctors, who're not in possesion of suitable appliances and therefore cause pain, deformations, time and money loss, without being successful. Even though it might not be as heatless as the principles of the <can't read that word> who killed all deformed children, it is still not much better."
The right:
"the dark ages of pyramids and the seven wonders are over. The pyramids and the colossus of Rhodes are only pygmies in correlation of the current century of process. Steam and electricity transport our body and our thoughts with astounding pace around the world. The anatomy of the human body and his diseases are better understood, freedom and light have appeared. Conditions and deformations are treated in the "National Surgical Institute" through scientific resources. The lame are jumping for joy and the dwarfs and cripples are not forced to remain in their state. Sent for a catalog of 200 pages"
and then the guy mentions: "As you can see from the image, at the top it mentions the Indianapolis, IN National Surgical Institute which had a fire in 1892. I highly doubt this surgical institute has anything to do with it, I think its the text."

Hey everyone, I have an idea!!!!!
If you go to thewhitespaces.com like already proposed, it says a.l.a.d.y.g.m.a.
Now we already know about this word (obviously), but this most likely means that it is an acronym, not an anagram.

Sorry for double post!
Links changed! There are less of them, and some are different, like the one in the top right corner.
It says Student Thomas room 211, which probably means that he is an intern?

Ok, I'm through with this.
What I'm getting at is either some really fucked up paranoid guy, or a movie coming out on November 28th this year.
If you look at his blog, that's what will seem most reasonable.

Yeah, I wasn't sure which way I should go, so I decided to go into the future. Seemed more interesting.

No, it was deliberately typed that way.
The producers then got staff to send out links to that website.
People click, wonder "What The Hell?!?", do research, then find out it's a new movie.
Or, people get paranoid and spread the news and say "OMFG WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!".
It's amazing how paranoid people on the first page got.
