So I have a little lumpish thing RIGHT under my skin on the upper left side of my body right over my ribcage. When I poke it, it feels like it squishes and slides away from right under my finger. I live in Wisconsin so it cannot be a bot fly. I also am pretty sure it's not cancer. I'm thinking a cyst or something? Anyone know?

A picture could help with the diagnosis. If it's hard, then it's probably a cyst. If it is a cyst, there's a 50% chance that you don't need to worry because it's not that serious. Maybe you could try putting a warm compress on it, it's used to lessen the swelling. Just apply it on the area. If it's soft though... that's another story.
