If you have it installed: Start>All Programs>Macromedia>Flash

Or, if it is installed, you can do this.

Start > Run > type flash

i have flash but it does not say macromedia in start wat should i do

Adobe bought macromedia (I probably spelled that wrong) Flash, so does it say Adobe on the splash screen? If so, that's ok... It just means you have a newer version of Flash.

oh lordy, there should be a desktop shorcut... double click it, did you install adobe flash CS3 or adobe flash player? The latter allows you to see flash where as Adobe Flash CS3 allows you to make flash.
