Does anyone know any tutorials on making jazz? I really want to learn but I can't find anything. Yes I have used Google. Thanks!

There won't be any tutorials on how to make a genre of music. You just need to listen to it more to understand it. Then you should be able to come up with some ideas.
Also watching videos of people playing it might help as well.

actually to play/compose jazz you have to have a more complex understanding of harmony and rhythm
HERE you'll find some theory that might help
HERE also
those are theory and harmony generally speaking
if you gonna play in a band there are some rules to follow:
1. Everyone should play the same piece.

2. Observe the repeat signs only if what you just played was interesting.

3. If you play a wrong note, glare at one of the other players.

:))) took those from actually a great site about JAZZ IMPROVISATION
also, playbg impro's on PLAYALONGS might help
the most important is to listen a lot of music, that enters into your brain and turns you into a jazz zombie like me :p
cheers

there are also several "tricks" that might help
if you play piano in a trio (bass, piano, drums) avoid playing fundamental (root) of the chord (on left hand)
this is already played by the bass
keep it simple, try to improvise on a simple groove with two chord changes, let's say, a easy funk groove on I7-IV7 progression or Im7-V7 ... you'll find something
try to understand some of the basic grooves (swing/latin/funk) and play the same thing acording to those styles
there are more but right now i'm tired, i had a concert and i don't quite find my english language knowledge ... might be sleeping already ...

Important chords would be the dominant 7 chords (flat 7)

and if you can learn to make swing patterns that's a really good start.

Basic progression for jazz starts would be 1-4-5 progression.
