Try checking out old Eminem stuff, 2pac, Notorious B.I.G, N.W.A(Ice Cube, Eazy E, MC Ren and Dr Dre all have good solo careers), Wu Tang Clan(RZA, GZA, ODB, Method Man and Ghostface Killah, including others all have good solo careers), Mobb Deep, Immortal Technique, K-Rino, Canibus, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony,Tim Dog, old Snoop Dogg stuff, Slick Rick, Proof, Tha Dogg Pound,Warren G, Nas, Redman, DMX, Das EFX, Xzibit or maybe even Everlast.

I disagree. Tupac was great and all but I think the better times were before that or in a different area. Around the time of Tribe Called Quest and the early Wu-Tangs 36 chambers. around the time all the solo albums from the Wu artists came out. I mean, GZAs Liquid Swords... nuff said
