While I do like the PS3 and xbox 360, you have to admit their not at all that revolutionary. They aren't pushing any limits, their just staying safe. Don't get me wrong though, they aren't bad systems their just not...futuristic ones.

The Wii's controller isn't that revolutionary. See your mouse? That uses motion sensing, too.

Anyway I fail to see why the Wii is more "Next Gen" because the controls make little difference in immersing you into a game. Sure it'll simulate sports games better and make shooting easier but, in my opinion, if it's not virtual reality it isn't immersing.

The Wii is not revolutionary. As of yet, the controller has not changed how games feel. It feels mostly waggly and gimicky. What's more, the majority of the good Wii games (Zelda, Mario, and Smash Bros.) really only implement the motion controls in a minor way. At least the 360 and PS3 games are bigger, prettier, and actually feel like a better gaming experience.

Will Wright just likes the Wii because its drawing in the same casual audience that the Sims does.

Well to be honest I think the ps3 will really beat the xbox360 I mean the games are gonna be really long and the grapics are really good from what I've seen so I think ps3 will beat the xbox360 easily.

I think the PS3/360/Wii have enough features to really be called a "next gen" console. One isn't ontop of the other in being more revolutionary.

Well when I type in "Wii Next Gen" in google, I got quite a bit saying how it is not next generation, compared to it's rivals.

The games are either remakes of old ones or just plain suck:
Brawl-remake of melee
Galaxy-remake of 64
Strikers charged-remake of strikers
Sonic games suck, underwater adventure sucks, DBZ games don't hold up to PS3, etc.

Graphics are too polygonal, not smooth, not sharp.

Controller is buldgy, doesn't fit contour of my hand, needs external sensor. Duckhunt on NES had a better system.

LAGGGGGGGGGGG. Takes too long for my brawl matches to load. So the processor sucks too.
