Click the first link in my sig. It's a pretty good host, I use it myself for a few websites. Completely free (hence their name 000 [meaning $0.00] webhost), no ads, and great uptime.

Hmm . . . I use WebHostingBuzz, they have great plans, a free domain for life, hundreds of GB space/ thousands in bandwidth, mySQL, fantastico, cpanel, fast servers . . . plan I use costs only $3 per month.

You can get a good free host over at freewebhostingtalk.com, if you like, but they aren't very reliable, and most of them have filetype/size restrictions as well.
