Ok, it's time for the time trial to begin, the rules are simple; from now till 9:00pm (GMT), 4:00pm (EST) you have 5 hours to create a piece of animation for the collab. Once you have handed your parts in, I will stick them all together into a master FLA and submit it.

Theme: Awkward/Funny situations (The humour aspect is very important and the awkward part gives it a bit of a kick).

Rules:
o Sprites and sticks are allowed if done very well.
o If any parts don't meet my level of expected quality, they may not be excepted.
o You are allowed to use sound dialogue and any music you like in your parts.
o You can make your part as long or short as you want, I'm mostly concerned about quality not quantity.
o When the time is official up you will have 30 minutes to hand in the FLA's, you can do this buy sending it through SpamTheWeb or by emailing me the FLA at nick_2654@hotmail.com.

Specs:
o Stage size: 550x400 (default)
o 24fps
o Background: Draw your own

There are 9 co-author spots available to authors with the best parts.

FAQ:
Q. What if I don't have a microphone and are unable to do dialogue, can I still join?
A. Yes, you can just create awkward/funny situations with good music and animation.

Q. What if I only see this collab topic a few hours into the time trial?
A. You can still make a part, but obviously you'll have to work a little hard than the rest.

Q. What if my FLA. is too big to send?
A. You can put the FLA into a folder and zip it, compress the sound, 'save as compact' or split the FLA into mulitple parts and send them all.

Alright, new plan. I'm going to make the three fairly short ones. And all them are going to be animated in Egoraptor's like storyboarding kind of style. I'll give it a go, see how it works out. I'll try to still have it in to you in time

don't worry man, I can give you extra time! Seeing as only a few people have joined so far, I can afford to extend this collab to allow new users such as yourself to make a decent part with all the time you need ^^
Also, the egorapter style thing sounds awesome!

Can't compare to Egoraptor's.
Mostly because he is a God at voice acting, and I can't draw very good.

I'd rather you used the current storyboard as a rough and animated the scene in the egoraptor style.

Yes, although it's up to everyone in the collab, so if they want me to submit it another day, that's fine. Also, if you want to make a part, you've still got 2.5 hours (extended time) so get animating! :D
