besides that, the shoulders are waaaaaay too wide, especially if you're trying to draw a woman with a nice body.

Work on your anatomy, practice from reference. The only way to learn.

i have too agree, but ya work on ur body part placement and proportions, and it really depends on if u want too be a realistic artist, an anime artist, or a cartoon artist. id decide early if i were u because depending on which ur gunna be the "anatomy" will be different. if cartoon come up with ur own, if realistic look at pictures/stocks too see how things work together if anime there are thousands of tutorials on the web for that.
