There's some great ones, I'll post when I think of them. The first one that comes to mind, though, is in I Wanna Be the Guy, if you jump into the sword in the Zelda section, and the screen says "you just jumped into a sword, you fucking moron."

By far the least funny and most depressing Game Over screen, though, is Banjo Kazooie, where you're forced to watch the horrific results of your failure over and over again :(
