Well, maybe try and making some scratch art. Try drawing some shapes, then outline what you want. Then you can add as much details as you want, try re-drawing this guy.

It's all messed up. His width is way to little; he's too thin. Is this just someone you made up? If so, what's up with the bars on his arms and the purple shit all around him? What's going on with his face?

Reaper's messed up too. Mainly, his left arm. It begins to soon, as if he doesn't have shoulders. Need to work on your bones, but hell, bones are hard as fuck so don't worry about it.

But on the whole, not that bad I guess.
