Mediocre. Lines are way too thick and jaggy.

I think the background is great and quite a unique style the pose you have the guy in is another great thing i like. but hippl5 is right about the lines. the outlines are way thick and tend to distort the great pose you have the guy in. also the colors should not be the same as the background
maybe gray the clothes up a bit or the background one or the other.

yes that too i neglected to mention that.
you could have the larger text on top of another color / layer / border and decrease the amount or size of the clouds. they truly draw focus away from the text / label

Besides what was already said, the box gradient in the background looks really...well, it may just be me, but I just wouldn't use a box, it just looks so abrubt for a sunset. Either physical draw out the sky using more colors, or just use a different gradient that flows better. Also, if Egypt Central is the name of the band, why such boring text? Also, the name of the album shouldn't be just standard text from a word processor, I would recommend either literally "drawing" the text, or atleast using wordart. Lastly, the clouds themselves could use a little color; if it's a sunset, they shouldn't just be plain white (yes I do see a red border, but that doesn't count). BUT, this is an interesting cover; like if this were the mock-up of it, or rough draft, it is definitely a cover to keep pursuing
